Individual counseling sessions are typically 60-75 minutes long.
Group counseling
Group counseling is a specialized form of psychotherapy that is designed to help a group of individuals with similar problems work through the issues that are causing them stress. Groups are structured so that each member of the group has a chance to input and respond to the counseling session.
